I dont know why there’s alot of bad review but we had an awesome stay! We came in a little bit earlier than the check in time but we were given our card key right away. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They had good breakfast too (Pictures attached). One thing that bothered us was that we can hear the noice from the other room but it was nothing. We had a good stay and good sleep. Free parking too.

breakfast was ok every morning. coffee in good supply. i was at Spirit Lake for a Sidecar Rally at Gull Point State park.

New manager was AWESOME!! First room was not acceptable and smelled musty and she immediately found us a much better room. She was exceptional and we have NEVER had a manager or staff treat us as well as she did. We are in are 70's and she made sure our room was on the 1st floor (as I walk with a cane) and was what we needed. She said she had just taken the position, very recently, and was working on getting things in order. We wish her the best in her new position.

breakfast was good. filling, wholesome. Rooms clean and quiet. Restaurants within a few blocks of walking distance.

Asked for late checkout. Was accommodated without hesitation.

Comfortable rooms. Nothing fancy but what we needed for the night. Breakfast was typical for the hotel chain.

The bathroom was VERY clean. That is what I measure everything by and it was exceptionally nice. The breakfast was good too. Love those biscuits and gravy.
